I'm not the type of person that enjoys the prospect of exercise but the plan is easy to follow and only takes out 30m to an hour out of your day. Over the 6 week program I lost just under 10kg and I'm still going! BUT it wasn't instant. The biggest advice I can give is "consistency is KEY" and "just keep moving".

There are still certain exercises I struggle to do (even the easy version of them) and I've repeated the program 3 times now .  It's now part of my day to day and while I still don't enjoy getting up to get sweaty, I do feel great afterwards and have seen the results from weeks of work!
